- Is the trust score a verdict?
- No. It is advice from sellers’ reports. You decide how to deal with each customer.
- My number is reported. What can I do?
- Open “Is your number reported?”, confirm your number with a code, then see its reports and dispute any that are wrong.
- Do you keep customers’ personal data?
- Only the phone number and the reports about it. We never store customers’ names or profile links.
- Why do I need an account to see the reports?
- Reports and proofs are only for sellers, to protect everyone’s privacy and stop abuse. An account is free and takes a minute.
